Sayed Hussain Makke is a student of the Islamic sciences. He was born in London in 1991, just after his parents had left Lebanon. His academic pursuits include a BA in Journalism from Brunel University, and an MA in Religions and Global Politics from SOAS university of London. 

Sayed Hussain left England at the age of 21 to engage in the classical study of Islam at the seminary in Lebanon, where he continues to reside. He is often involved in community work, mentoring and lecturing in different cities around the world.
